By accessing or using the website hosted under the domain name www.antequeralightfest.com, of which ALF is the owner (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use.


As a user, you are informed that the Website must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, whether or not the aim is to generate a financial gain, and that you alone shall be held responsible for any such use. Specific examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, the following:

Using the Website illegally or in any other way that may damage, overload or compromise the Website.
Upload viruses or defective files, or host, store, distribute or share any other hardware or software that may damage or alter the content, software or systems of the Website.

Use or distribute the content of the Website for unauthorised commercial purposes, without the prior permission of ALF.
ALF will be entitled to adopt any necessary measures in response to a breach of the provisions of this clause, on a discretionary basis and at the request of an affected third party or competent authority.

Users will not be entitled to claim compensation as a result of the adoption of these measures.


The user is fully responsible for accessing and correctly using the Website subject to legislation currently in force in Spain, in good faith and in accordance with moral standards and public order; the user also undertakes to faithfully adhere to any instruction issued by ALF in relation to the use of and access to the Website, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.

The user is required to use the Website and its content properly, and within the scope and to the end for which it is designed.

The user is solely responsible for the information or any kind of content transmitted via the Website.


The collection and processing of the user’s personal data, as well as the exercise of the user’s rights attached to such data, will be governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy.


ALF does not accept responsibility for any content, files, information, advertising, opinions, concepts and images that are issued, published or distributed directly and indirectly via any interconnected website accessed through links featured on the Website, or for any services connected with or related to this interconnected site.

ALF employs the technical resources at its disposal to provide its services and content continuously and to a satisfactory standard.

On a discretionary basis, ALF may correct, improve or alter the information contained on the Website, its services or content without the possibility for users to make claims, seek compensation or maintain that ALF’s actions amount to a recognition of liability.

ALF is not liable for any kind of damage or loss that may be incurred as a result of the availability and technical continuity of the Website. At any rate, ALF will introduce all necessary measures to restore any services affected by a technical fault.


ALF, as the owner of the collective work of which the Website consists, is the owner of all industrial and intellectual property rights over the same.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, fixation and making available and, in general, any act of exploitation of all or part of the contents (images, texts, designs, indexes, forms, etc.) that make up the Website, as well as the databases and software necessary for the visualisation or operation of the Website (including source codes), is prohibited without the express and prior written authorisation of ALF.

All ALF trademarks and logos referred to on the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of ALF.

The user who shares an initiative through the “Create initiative” tab of the Website consents to the exclusive transfer to ALF of all intellectual, industrial and image property rights and/or rights of analogous or similar nature over the initiative. Specifically, ALF shall be the exclusive owner, with no time or territorial limits, and free of charge, of all exploitation rights and, in particular, of the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, posting, making available to the public, and any form of transformation, modification, alteration, translation, adaptation, arrangement or any other transformation of the initiative. In any case, users guarantee that their initiative does not infringe the intellectual, industrial and/or image property rights of third parties. Failing this, users shall be liable for any damage and/or harm that may be caused to ALF.

Likewise, the user consents to the transfer to ALF of the image rights over the contents (photographs and/or videos) that the user attaches to his/her initiative; ALF will own them without time limit, non-exclusively, free of charge, and for the whole world, and authorises ALF to use them for the purpose of carrying out any commercial, promotional and/or advertising activity of the initiative. ALF may, at any time, modify these Terms of Use, simply by notifying ALF through the Website.

ALF shall be exempt from any liability arising from the actions described in this clause, when publishing the modifications on the Website.


Current legislation shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall be responsible for the relations between ALF and the user and the Website. Nevertheless, in those cases in which the current legislation provides for the possibility of the parties submitting to a specific jurisdiction, ALF and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cadiz.
